Joining Together as McCrorey Heights

Membership in the McCrorey Heights Neighborhood Association (MHNA) is open to all residents and homeowners in our community. We are committed to our purpose and mission of celebrating traditions, making improvements and building community to make our neighborhood and even greater place to live. Membership requires no application but does require payment of annual dues.

The leadership team hosts events throughout the year to build connections and foster a sense of community spirit and pride. Community funds support these events that are meaningful and fun for all ages.

MHNA bylaws were establish and approved during the December 2024 association meeting.

Non-member residents and friends are welcome to join events with a small per-person admission fee.

We hope that you will join the MHNA and become involved in building community and carrying on the legacy of McCrorey Heights.

How much are dues?

Dues are at least $50 per household paid on an annual basis.

How do I pay dues?

Dues can be paid using the following options:

CashApp ($McCroreyHeights)
Cash – bring to a monthly meeting. Please do not mail cash.
Check made out to ‘McCrorey Heights Homeowners Association’. Bring to a monthly meeting or mail to 1616 Patton Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28216.

When are dues due?

Dues are paid on an annual basis, preferably in January to support the budgeting and planning process. However, we will accept payment at any time throughout the year. To be a voting member, you must pay dues by January 1st of the dues year.

Is there a payment plan option?

Payment can be made in installments. Contact the leadership team to make arrangements.

Can I participate in events if I am not a member?

We welcome all residents of McCrorey Heights to events. Residents who are not financial members of the association or friends not living in the immediate household will be asked to pay a per person fee for the event.

Who is eligible for memebrship?

Anyone who live in or owns a home within the McCrorey Heights neighborhood boundary.
